My name is Casey and I am 21 years old. I shoot mostly in suburbs surrounding my home town of Narangba which is on the north side of Brisbane. My camera of choice is currently the Canon 600D and I shoot almost exclusively with my 50mm 1.8 lens!

As cliche as it sounds, I have always had a love for photography. I remember how excited I was when Santa left me my very first film camera when I was just 10 years old. During high school, I did a short course on film processing and it was from there that my passion really took off. When I turned 18, I worked all summer to save up enough money for my first DSLR and I haven’t looked back since! I’ve worked hard to get my photography business up and running and I’m so proud to call myself a business owner.

• I am engaged to my high school sweetheart who I will be marrying in August 2012!
• ‘Miss McArdle’ is the name I answer to during the week because I teach prep\preschool full time.
• I am obsessed with raspberry slushies from McDonald’s!
• I cannot wait to become a mother, to the point that my fiance’ is scared to see me after newborn sessions.
• Sandgate is my favourite place in the world and my lifetime goal is to own a house there someday.
• I love rainy days in bed watching Gossip Girl and eating super butter explosion popcorn – guilty pleasure.
• I need to pull out the sheets in my bed every night and re-make them to make sure it’s all tucked in nicely.
• Instead of using the meat tray in my fridge for meat, I fill it with chocolate which I eat for breakfast most days.
• My favourite food is chicken and bacon carbonara.
