Yesterday I tried out a brand new recipe I found for choc mint slice! While it doesn’t look perfect, it sure was tasty and I haven’t been able to stop eating it all day – I even had some for breakfast!!

I am very impatient though, and didn’t leave the icing filling to set for long enough so the chocolate and icing started to mix a little – so make sure you let each layer set before adding the next =)
